When you're not in class

Outings

When you're not in your chosen class (which runs for 3 hours each day, morning, afternoon, and early evening), you have the option to join an outing. These are short excursions where you'll make art in another location with another instructor. These outings don't cost anything extra, it's just our way of saying thanks for your support of Waldo's & Company. Gettysburg is both an historic and beautiful place, from a small but often bustling downtown, to the battlefield National Park that surrounds the town. These outings will give you a chance to explore what Gettysburg has to offer in a unique and creative way.

You can choose to go on an outing each day of your retreat, or just one or two days (or none, if you prefer). The final day will not have an outing, and instead will include extra studio time for anyone who wants to continue working on their class project.
